Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Lawn Care Technician to manage daily lawn care operations, oversee crew members, and ensure properties are serviced to CMS Landscaping's standards. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and taking ownership of their work. Responsibilities Lead and supervise lawn care technicians on residential and commercial properties

• Perform lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, and associated services.
• Ensure services are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment use
• Diagnose turf and landscape issues on customers properties
• Communicate with management and customers as needed
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines Qualifications Previous lawn care experience required
• Valid Massachusetts and Connecticut pesticide applicator licenses required
• Strong knowledge of turf care practices, products, and equipment
• Valid driver's license (DOT card a plus, if applicable)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $24-$28 per hour, based on experience and licensing
