About the Role Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Associates monitor daily onsite route distribution from start to finish. Logistics Associates loads/unloads trucks and stages routes for our delivery drivers. Logistics Associates are often the first people delivery drivers meet in person. Logistics Associates facilitate driver load-out. How You'll Make a Difference Take ownership of cooler room operations and overall shift execution Lead and audit route organization, staging, and timely departures Complete and maintain all required administrative and reporting tasks Ensure 5S projects and assignments are completed during downtime Load/unload deliveries to/from trucks and/or cold storage Process return bags and ice packs as needed Inform management of any errors, discrepancies, or process gaps Mentor and support other logistics associates, empowering each person to succeed so the team thrives together. Support and model a culture of organization, accountability, and teamwork Who You Are 1+ years of equivalent experience High School diploma or equivalent required A team player approach to your work Working in the cooler room Ability to adhere to the physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time, consistently lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Our Culture Diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential values at Thistle.
