As a vital leader in our restoration services, you will oversee mitigation projects, coordinate team activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Lead and supervise mitigation projects involving water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration services. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion. Perform detailed assessments of affected properties to determine scope of work and necessary mitigation procedures. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for cleaning, demolition, and restoration activities. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for cleaning, restoration processes, use of tools, and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for client records and quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on mitigation services such as water damage restoration, fire cleanup, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in restoration projects. Experience with construction-related tasks including carpet cleaning and demolition work. Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and safety procedures related to asbestos abatement and mold remediation. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Valid certifications or licenses related to restoration services are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
