We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Technician who understands the urgency, professionalism, and customer service required in the restoration industry. What You'll Do Respond to residential and commercial property losses caused by water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, debris removal, and site stabilization Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings Complete mitigation services safely, efficiently, and professionally Communicate with homeowners, customers, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and notes Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in restoration/mitigation required Experience with water mitigation, demo, drying equipment, and emergency services Knowledge of restoration industry standards and best practices IICRC certifications are a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environments Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Paul Davis?
