Lead Mitigation Technician - Water Damage Response West Warwick, RI $2,000-$5,000 Hiring Bonus Paid After 90 Days All Dry Services of Rhode Island is continuing to expand its emergency property damage response operations and is adding an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to support residential and commercial loss projects. This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on mitigation experience and is comfortable leading job site activity, directing technicians, and working independently in the field. We are looking for a dependable, solutions-oriented professional who can respond quickly, communicate effectively, and help maintain high operational standards during active water damage and remediation projects. Primary Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial water damage losses Lead field activity during mitigation and cleanup projects Perform extraction, demolition, structural drying, and remediation work Install and monitor drying equipment and moisture control systems Take moisture readings and complete field documentation Support daily coordination of technicians and job site workflow Communicate with customers and property stakeholders professionally Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in job-ready condition Support emergency response operations and rotating on-call scheduling Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following are encouraged to apply: Water mitigation Flood cleanup Mold remediation Property damage restoration Emergency response services Experience with SERVPRO, BELFOR, ATI, BluSky, Paul Davis, ServiceMaster, First Onsite, PuroClean, or similar companies is helpful.
