What makes this different Direct collaboration with the OD — you're part of the clinical team, not a separate silo Input on frame board curation — carry brands you're proud to recommend No production quotas or forced upsells — we grow through great patient care Stable, community-rooted patient base with real relationships Bonus program tied to optical performance — your effort is rewarded What you'll do Full-service dispensing: frame selection, measurements, adjustments, repairs Guide patients through optical decisions — lenses, coatings, second pairs Manage lab orders, inventory, and frame board with ownership mentality Support front desk flow and insurance verification as part of the team What we're looking for California Optician License (ABO/NCLE or CA state license preferred, not required to apply) 2+ years dispensing experience in a retail or clinical optical setting Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping patients find the right frame Adaptable team player comfortable in a two-location, growing practice Schedule-Monday through Friday, with 1 Saturday a month.

Pay:

$21.00 - $30.44 per hour
