Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage orthodontic treatments for patients of all age groupsDiagnose orthodontic conditions and develop customized treatment plansPerform procedures including braces, aligners, and corrective appliancesSupervise and guide junior orthodontists and dental staffEnsure compliance with clinical standards, hygiene, and safety protocolsMaintain accurate patient records and treatment documentationCommunicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and progressStay updated with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologiesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Orthodontics (MDS / equivalent specialization)Valid license to practice or eligibility to register in the UK (as applicable)Proven experience as an Orthodontist; leadership experience preferredStrong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
