What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a patient-facing or client service role (luxury services, medical aesthetics, medspa, or healthcare preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities High emotional intelligence and the ability to build instant rapport Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new scheduling/CRM systems A calm and confident presence in a fast-paced environment A team player who leads by example and inspires those around them Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and helping others feel their best
