Job Description

Magnolia Pharmacy is seeking a dependable, highly organized pharmacy technician who thrives in a fast-paced independent pharmacy environment and wants to grow into a leadership role. We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, works with urgency, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and enjoys helping a team stay organized and efficient. This is not a large corporate chain environment. Magnolia Pharmacy focuses on personalized patient care, compounding, wellness, and creating an exceptional customer experience for every patient we serve.
The ideal candidate:
Works efficiently and stays organized under pressure Has strong customer service and communication skills Enjoys teamwork and helping workflow move smoothly Notices unfinished tasks and takes initiative Is dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Can multitask while maintaining accuracy Has pharmacy technician experience (independent pharmacy experience preferred) Has leadership potential and enjoys helping teams succeed Responsibilities include: Prescription filling and workflow management Customer service and patient communication Supporting pharmacy operations and organization Inventory support and daily task completion Assisting with workflow prioritization and team coordination Helping maintain an efficient, clean, and positive work environment This position has strong long-term growth potential for the right candidate, including opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership within our pharmacy operations.
Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
