Job Description
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Responsible for driving execution across digital portfolio intake, program governance, and product management initiatives. Ensures alignment to defined strategy, customer needs, and business priorities while enabling visibility, prioritization, and coordinated delivery across cross-functional teams. Supports business case development, roadmap execution, and operational processes to improve customer experience, simplify delivery, and drive measurable outcomes. What you'll do
Product Intake and Prioritization:
Leads intake and evaluation of digital and product initiatives across business units, ensuring requests are clearly defined and assessed based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and cross-initiative dependencies. Maintains a centralized, prioritized backlog that reflects agreed priorities and sequencing, enabling structured decision-making and transparent tradeoffs across the portfolio.Program Rhythm and Governance:
Drives the operating cadence for portfolio governance, including intake reviews, prioritization forums, and portfolio health checkpoints. Ensures consistent visibility into progress, alignment on priorities, and preparation for leadership discussions by surfacing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.Cross-Portfolio Program Management:
Leads coordination across digital, product, and technology initiatives, connecting workstreams across teams and domains. Tracks dependencies, sequencing, and integration points to ensure alignment, reduce delivery risk, and maintain visibility across interdependent efforts.Product and Experience Alignment:
Supports alignment of product, experience, and platform initiatives to prioritized digital portfolio outcomes. Ensures delivery of capabilities across domains integrates effectively and reflects customer needs, operational requirements, and business priorities.Develop and Maintain Product Roadmaps:
Contributes to development and execution of integrated digital and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment to prioritization decisions and strategic direction. Maintains documentation, dashboards, and reporting to track execution progress, measure outcomes, and inform ongoing prioritization.Market and Performance Insights:
Uses customer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform prioritization decisions and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences, product adoption, and operational effectiveness across the portfolio. Collaborate withStakeholders and UX Design:
Partners across Business, Digital, Technology, UX, Operations, and supporting functions to align intake, prioritization, and execution. Ensures initiatives reflect customer needs, platform capabilities, and business priorities while enabling coordination across pricing, marketing, legal, and operational teams.AI-Enabled Program Operations:
Leverages AI tools to support intake evaluation, prioritization insights, and portfolio reporting. Contributes to automation and dashboarding that improves transparency, reduces manual effort, and enhances decision-making across the portfolio.Job Contribution:
Recognized as a strong contributor with a structured approach to digital portfolio management and program execution. Leads key areas of intake, prioritization, and governance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and consistent delivery against defined priorities. What you'll need Experience owning products end-to-end—not solely supporting product launches. A candidate who has owned products , not just supported launches. Clear examples ofSBMM/SMB/MM
product strategy + execution . Demonstrated launch leadership : working across teams, unblocking issues, and delivering outcomes. Evidence of being self-directed and able to drive clarity without heavy supervision. Strong written and verbal communication (e.g., "presented to VP/SVP," "led exec readouts," "aligned stakeholders"). What you'll bring Bachelor's degree desired. 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or digital portfolio governance, with experience supporting prioritization, intake processes, and cross-functional delivery.Supervisor:

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
