Lead Production Operator:

Lead and support production team members, serving as the first point of contact for daily questions and issues Coordinate and delegate work assignments based on priorities, workload, and employee skill level Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met Train new employees and coach team members to improve performance and skills Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed Track production data including downtime, scrap, and inventory accuracy Communicate goals, delays, and issues with supervisors and support departments What You Need to Bring to the

Lead Production Operator Role:
