Job Description

Salesforce SRE Lead Reliability Engineering & Operations Raritan, NJ (Onsite) 6+ months extendable Only W2 Consultants Required Qualifications Strong Salesforce platform expertise within enterprise production environments Experience operating in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or Platform Reliability functions Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts including: SLA/SLO frameworks Incident management Problem management Operational governance Production support models Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as: Splunk Datadog Dynatrace New Relic Experience supporting highly integrated cloud-based enterprise platforms Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work in highly regulated, operationally critical environments Experience working with AWS cloud environments and enterprise integrations is preferred Strong understanding of ITSM principles and operational workflows
