• Part-time Position Overview The Lead Salon Stylist will serve as a senior stylist and salon leader , helping oversee daily salon operations while ensuring all wigs and services meet the quality standards of Kira Dior Hair & Company.

This role requires someone who is highly skilled, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service. The Lead Stylist will also assist with mentoring and managing other stylists to ensure smooth daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSalon Leadership & Team Support Help oversee daily salon operations and maintain workflow efficiency. Support and manage other stylists to ensure tasks are completed properly. Assist with maintaining a professional, positive, and productive salon environment. Ensure morning tasks and daily responsibilities are completed on schedule. Participate in weekly virtual Sunday team meetings. Meet monthly performance goals and salon metrics. Maintain active communication in company messaging channels during work hours. Provide daily updates and task progress reports through Slack. Client Experience & In-Salon Services Provide professional, timely salon services. Ensure clients are serviced efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist clients in selecting wigs and hair options that fit their needs. Prepare and assist clients who will be serviced by the CEO. Maintain a luxury client experience from consultation to completion. Wig Preparation & Customization Prepare wigs from start to finish including: Bleaching knots Plucking and customization Coloring wigs Styling and finishing Perform final quality checks on wigs before delivery to ensure they meet company standards. Identify and correct any discrepancies or issues with wig construction or styling. Ensure wigs are completed and ready in a timely manner according to schedule. Wig Production & Order Preparation Assist with preparing wigs for client pickup or shipping. Package wigs and orders properly and ensure they are completed on time. Check wig production schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain organization of wigs in production and ready-to-ship inventory. Inventory & Product Management Track wig inventory and product supplies. Update inventory levels in shared company systems. Add inventory updates to shared notes and tracking tools. Assist with monitoring product levels and notifying leadership when supplies are low. Provide updates on client orders and production progress. Salon Cleanliness & Organization Maintain a clean, professional workspace at all times. Ensure proper sanitation and disinfecting procedures are followed. Assist with maintaining salon cleanliness and organization throughout the day. Content Creation Support Capture behind-the-scenes photos and video content of wigs and salon work for KiraDiorHair.com and brand social media. Content created is for company use only and may not be used for personal promotion. Assist with recording short-form video content when needed. Candidates with basic content recording or editing experience are preferred. Qualifications We are looking for a stylist with strong technical skills and leadership ability.

Ideal candidates should have:

3+ years professional hairstyling experience Advanced knowledge of wig customization and styling Experience with bleaching knots, plucking, coloring, and customizing wigs Strong sales ability and comfort recommending hair products and wigs Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team leadership abilities Experience in luxury salons or wig-focused businesses is highly preferred.

Compensation Base Pay:

$17

• 22/hour

Commission:

Employees will receive 5% commission on wig sales they personally generate .

Monthly bonus opportunity:

earn a $150 service bonus based on availability.
