Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Enters orders into TOAST for transmittal to kitchen staff Takes orders from patrons for food or beverages Checks guest identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcohol beverages Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request - up sell Clean tables or counters after guest have finished dining Prepare hot or cold beverages Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties Arrange tables or dining areas Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods Stock Service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware Sell Saddle Ranch Souvenirs and Bull Rides Education, Qualification & Working Conditions Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented and be able to remain calm and courteous during rush periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant, bar or hospitality industry, preferably multi-unit and high-volume concepts Food handling certification is required Must be able to work flexible shifts AM and PM, weekends and all holidays We offer : Career growth potential Discounted Staff Meal 30% discount when you and your entire guest dine in 30% off of
