Lead Server / Bartender

Housing Included We're hiring a Lead Server/Bartender to serve as the second-in-command at our restaurant. This role splits between working high-level service shifts and supporting the Restaurant Manager as a leadership partner, including covering MOD shifts on their days off. This is not just a lead server role—this is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to step up and help run the operation.

What You'll Do:

Work scheduled shifts as a server/bartender, leading by example on the floor Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Restaurant Manager is off Serve as the primary backup to the Restaurant Manager in daily operations Lead shifts: manage flow, troubleshoot issues, and support the team in real time Handle guest concerns with professionalism and authority Help train, coach, and hold staff accountable to service standards Assist with opening/closing procedures, shift organization, and team communication

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a lead server, bartender, or supervisor required Proven MOD or assistant management experience strongly preferred Confident decision-maker who can run a shift independently Strong floor presence—calm, organized, and respected by team members Solid bartending and service skills Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with active service shifts
