Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lead Spray Foam Installer/Helper and take charge of delivering high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects. In this energetic role, you will lead installation crews, ensure safety standards are met, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your mechanical aptitude, construction knowledge, and leadership skills will drive project success while fostering a collaborative work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in spray foam insulation and construction trades. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate spray foam insulation installations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of spray foam equipment and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute insulation tasks Support the team in preparing job sites by using hand tools, scaffolding, and safety gear Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards throughout all phases of installation Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and safety inspections Requirements Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and fabrication processes Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, metal stud framing, or masonry is a plus Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical diagrams accurately Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide helpers and coordinate team efforts Knowledge of construction estimating practices is advantageous Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual tasks safely Join us in building a safer, more efficient future!
