As Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured lessons. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Educate children on basic academic concepts such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors through interactive activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students. Assess and document children's progress and development regularly to tailor instruction to individual needs. Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Experienced in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Experience in education administration is an asset for overseeing classroom operations. Familiarity with budgeting and strategic planning as it relates to classroom resources and activities is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
