Lead teachers earn paid time off and paid holidays after six weeks. Pay is based off job experience.

Requirements for lead teachers include:

Having a 90 hour certificate or college courses equal to these classes, CPR and first aid, and will need to complete a criminal background check.

Job Description:

• Maintains observations and assessments, prepares and implements age appropriate lesson plans, demonstrates classroom management skills and follows a classroom schedule.
