Infant Teacher
  • Nurturing & Reliable Caregiver Country Kids of Eagle Are you passionate about caring for infants and creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive?
Country Kids of Eagle is looking for a dependable and caring Infant Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of consistency, patience, and responsive care during a child's earliest stages of development. What You'll Do Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants (6 weeks
  • 12 months) Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Create a safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment Support early development through sensory play, interaction, and communication Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom Communicate daily with families regarding routines, milestones, and needs Position Expectations Ensure the safety and supervision of all children at all times Provide consistent, responsive care and build strong attachments with infants Maintain accurate daily reports and communication logs Work collaboratively with staff and leadership Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies Qualifications Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred Wisconsin Registry credentials (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of infant development and care routines Reliable, patient, and attentive Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Country Kids of Eagle?
