From Roots to Wings E.C.D.C. is seeking a passionate and dependable full-time Toddler Teacher to join our growing community. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, brings positive energy to the classroom, and is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and thrive. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who: Is reliable, responsible, and consistently punctual Has experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting Understands toddler development and age-appropriate learning Creates a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment Is patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure Communicates professionally with families and coworkers Works well independently and as part of a team Understands the importance of supervision, safety, and classroom organization Is passionate about helping children learn through play and exploration Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care for toddlers throughout the day Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow all licensing regulations and health/safety procedures Assist with meals, diapering/potty training, and daily routines Use positive guidance and redirection techniques Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers Observe and communicate children's progress and needs Qualifications Experience working with toddlers preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including lifting and classroom activities Why Join From Roots to Wings?
