In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curriculum, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddlers. Your passion for working with young children and expertise in early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and thrive. As a leader in our classroom, you will collaborate with fellow educators and families to ensure each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles using ELDS. Lead daily classroom activities focused on toddler care, behavior management, and early intervention strategies to support each child's growth. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques and child welfare practices. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality childcare and educational standards are maintained. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and special education strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively. Classroom management skills to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Prior experience with toddler care is highly preferred. Ability to plan lessons based on our weekly theme and toddler's interest. Ability to lead assistant teachers in daily routine; strong leadership skills.
Pay:
