Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any special needs or interventions required. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of classroom management and childcare. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental progress and inform lesson planning. Maintain detailed records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare regulations. Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education or preschool settings with a focus on toddler care. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention practices for diverse learner needs. Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and Montessori methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and external specialists. Experience working with children in daycare or private school environments is highly desirable. Ability to manage classroom behavior constructively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
