  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored specifically for toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, grow, and develop essential skills during these formative years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while working within a supportive and dynamic educational setting. Duties Lead daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks such as Montessori or other pedagogies Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence among young children Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any concerns effectively Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality care and education delivery Conduct ongoing assessments of children's development through observations, documentation, and standardized testing when appropriate Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddler age groups Proven experience in classroom management and curriculum development for early learners Strong understanding of special education needs, early intervention strategies, and inclusive teaching practices Excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and team members clearly and empathetically Ability to plan lessons that integrate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning Familiarity with childcare regulations, daycare standards, and preschool best practices Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a joyful learning environment Experience working in private schools or daycare settings with toddlers or preschool-aged children is preferred Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the next generation of curious minds!
