Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated DEEC Certified Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. We will help with college costs for professional advancement. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children will be safe, cared for and enriched. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized attention to students to support their unique learning needs. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care through vigilant supervision. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices is a plus. Experience with caregiving or babysitting can be beneficial. First aid certification is desirable to ensure the safety of all children in the classroom. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A DEEC Certificate stating what age group you are certified for.
