Job Summary:
Responsible for all warehouse roles assigned to the warehouse team.
Order Fulfillment:
picking, packing, and shipment processing. Inbound processing: accurately receiving, counting, sorting, and labelling inbound shipments. Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment, and consolidation. Audit work processes to ensure compliance Set up and train new Associates. Ensure jobs are done with efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and process shipments. Quality control checking freight orders. Book and issue paperwork for each shipment. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment. Audit cleaning duties / schedule. Responsible for checking in on employees before, during, and after shift. Be able to research issues in CSD to find and correct issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems Current Forklift certification
