Day Shift:
7:30 am
  • 5:00 pm (Monday
  • Friday)Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead Warehouse Associates leads and manages warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Improve employee productivity through coaching and instructionComplete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damageAssist co-workers and customers.

Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applicationsPerform inventory management and housekeeping dutiesPerform work in a safe and efficient mannerPerform routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operationOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsInventory/Software
  •  Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse softwarePace

  •  Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skillsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageHigh School diploma or GED requiredMinimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferredMust be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead craneKnowledge of basic computer softwareAbility to resolve problems both internally and with customersStrong customer service skillsA combination of education and experience may be qualifyingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistMobility•Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, etcExposure•Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environmentNoise Tolerance•High noise levelsServes as the lead supervisor for branch warehouse personnel
