Responsibilities What you'll do: Work with buyers and sellers (targeting 12-24 homes annually) Help recruit and onboard new agents Support team productivity and accountability Lead and participate in team trainings and power ups Contribute to creating and improving systems — because "easy button" is basically your love language Qualifications A people person with leadership instincts (think: friendly, approachable, but also gets things done) Someone who naturally takes initiative and brings energy to the room A team player who believes collaboration makes everyone better A licensed Realtor with 2+ years of experience and a track record of consistent production About-our-team Brick & Banister is a local boutique real estate company.
