Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lease Operator/Pumper, where you'll be at the forefront of oil & gas operations, ensuring the efficient and safe management of production facilities. In this energetic role, you'll operate heavy equipment, monitor pipeline systems, and maintain equipment to maximize production while adhering to safety standards. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will drive operational excellence on oil rigs and construction sites alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the oil & gas industry, supporting responsible resource extraction and energy production. Responsibilities Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tankers to support daily operations on oil rigs and construction sites. Monitor and control pipeline flow, ensuring safe and efficient transfer of oil & gas products. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and storage tanks to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Perform rigging tasks for lifting and moving heavy machinery or materials safely and efficiently. Assist with horizontal drilling operations by setting up and operating related mechanical systems. Follow OSHA safety standards diligently, maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Support construction activities by participating in site setup, equipment operation, and logistical coordination for ongoing projects. Experience Prior experience working on oil rigs or construction sites with heavy equipment operation is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to pipeline systems, tankers, and drilling equipment is essential. Hands-on experience with rigging, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tankers is a strong plus. Familiarity with OSHA regulations ensures safety compliance in high-risk environments. Background in oil & gas operations or related fields such as horizontal drilling enhances your suitability for this role. 3+ years of experienceJob Details Pay:
