Leasing Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Leasing Agent to join our vibrant property management team! As a Leasing Agent, you will manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring each potential resident feels valued and informed. Responsibilities Manage all leases and renewals from potential and existing clients. Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database. Market all rental listings Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements. Execute lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes. Prepare all lease-related paperwork. Manage regulatory and compliance related services. Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections. Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests as needed. Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
