The Role This is not your average leasing position. As our Full-Time Leasing & Marketing Floater, you're the secret weapon of our portfolio. You step in where you're needed, hit the ground running, and leave every property better than you found it. Whether you're covering a vacancy, supporting a lease-up, or driving a local marketing push — you bring the energy, the expertise, and the results. What You'll Do Step into any property in our portfolio and operate at full capacity from day one Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact to signed lease Develop and execute property-level marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy Manage social media presence, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives across properties Maintain accurate records, data entry, and leasing documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations Conduct market surveys and stay current on competitive trends to inform pricing and positioning Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, and team members at every location Collaborate with property managers to identify leasing and marketing opportunities and close the gaps What You Bring Proven experience in both leasing and marketing within property management or real estate The ability to walk into an unfamiliar property and operate independently — no hand-holding needed Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations Experience with Resman or similar property management software is a plus — not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, warm presence Creative marketing instincts paired with sharp organizational skills A growth mindset — you're always looking to learn, improve, and level up Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required — you're on the move Why Join Us We're building something real, and we want people on our team who want to grow with us.
