Job Description:

A growing commercial real estate ownership and management company is seeking a Leasing Associate to support leasing activity across a Broward County portfolio consisting primarily of industrial and flex properties, along with select retail spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate professional who enjoys a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and wants to be part of an active and expanding portfolio. Responsibilities Manage leasing activity for a portfolio of industrial, flex, and retail properties throughout Broward County Conduct property tours and respond to tenant and broker inquiries Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and local market contacts Assist with lease negotiations and coordinate lease execution Track leasing pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting Collaborate with property management and ownership teams to support occupancy goals Monitor market trends, comparable properties, and leasing activity within the local market Support tenant retention and overall portfolio performance Qualifications Prior commercial real estate leasing experience required Experience with industrial and/or warehouse leasing strongly preferred Retail leasing experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Familiarity with the Broward County commercial real estate market preferred What's Offered Opportunity to work with an established and growing commercial real estate platform Diverse portfolio exposure across industrial, flex, and retail assets Collaborative team environment with long-term growth potential If you're interested in a hands-on leasing role within a growing commercial real estate organization, we'd like to hear from you.
