We currently manage over 450 units across single-family and multi-family properties in New Jersey. Position Overview We are seeking a Leasing Professional to own the leasing process end-to-end across a portfolio of scattered-site single-family and small multi-family rental properties. The Leasing Professional takes every vacant unit from rent-ready confirmation through marketing, showings, application underwriting, and lease signing — and keeps renewals on track through inspections and signature collection. This is a hybrid field-and-office role.
