In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: Help achieve weekly leasing goals with a 95%+ occupancy goal Obtain a renewal retention rate of 35%+ Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month Our company runs purely on EOS.
