Each leasing professional is assigned a dedicated Property Management Specialists to assist with training, onboarding, and questions!

The Schedule:

Leasing Consultant:

Impart high-quality customer service and assist with conflict resolution Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents and earn commission Understand and explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents Become familiar with all online sources of advertising for Wimmer Communities' Properties Responsible for basic office administration including data entry, filing, and answering the telephones Provide leasing reports as directed by the property manager Maintaining the overall appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities
