May 13, 2026 Description The Clemson University Department of Performing Arts invites applications for a Part-Time Lecturer in Music to serve as Faculty Director of our two a cappella ensembles, TakeNote and Tigeroar. The successful candidate will provide artistic leadership, musical direction, and mentorship while collaborating closely with the Director of Choirs, Dr. Anthony Bernarducci.
Schedule & Commitment Rehearsals:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 - 8:00
PM Performances:
Prepare and conduct two combined performances annually at the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts Sounds of the Season - Clemson Choirs Holiday Concert About the CU Choral Program Find out more about the Clemson Choral Program at www.clemsonchoirs.com Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Music (required) Preferred Skills & Experience Ability to lead rehearsals from the piano Vocal arranging experience Expertise in developing voices in commercial/contemporary music styles Experience directing collegiate or community vocal ensembles Application Instructions Clemson University uses Interfolio for the electronic submission of application materials.
