About the Role As a Legal Administrative Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our legal operations, ensuring that complex case workflows remain efficient and accurate. You will leverage your expertise in legal documentation and research to support our attorneys, directly contributing to successful case outcomes and streamlined office productivity. Responsibilities Facilitate the drafting, formatting, and timely filing of essential legal documents including pleadings and motions. Maintain high-integrity case management systems to ensure all records meet rigorous regulatory and legal standards. Execute comprehensive legal research to provide attorneys with the evidence needed for case development. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, fostering clear and professional communication. Coordinate complex scheduling for court appearances, depositions, and internal strategy meetings. Curate and organize trial exhibits and evidentiary materials to ensure seamless courtroom presentation. Optimize office operations by managing correspondence and maintaining critical supplies to support a high-functioning legal team. Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong grasp of legal terminology and administrative law procedures. Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative spirit in a high-pressure environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related legal administration discipline. Prior experience working within a law firm or a high-volume legal department. Hands-on experience utilizing digital legal research platforms and case management software.
