  • You will work closely with attorneys, legal team members, and various business partners to manage escalated legal risks originating from users outside the company.
In this role, you will own your workload, the review process and act as a curious partner—asking the right questions to ensure a deep understanding of every issue before summarizing findings, escalating appropriately and providing clear recommendations.

Beyond case-specific work, you will dedicate time to strategic projects focused on workflow improvements, team efficiency, and business partner management. Success in this role requires high collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously, and a knack for simplifying complex legal issues into clear, actionable insights for your partners.

Given the nature of our work, you are expected to manage a high volume of urgent requests with minimal oversight, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively and work with maximum efficiency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Manage and triage requests for legal review from business teams, maintaining excellent ticket hygiene, data accuracy and documentation+ Conduct investigations, prepare summaries, and present findings and risk considerations to attorneys to support legal analysis and decision making+ Translate complex legal guidance into clear actionable advice for cross functional partners and track implementation to ensure completion+ Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing complex ambiguous projects with minimal supervision+ Support the development and delivery of compliance related trainings and materials+ Proactively identify and implement improvements to legal workflows, documentation standards, and intake systems to increase team throughput.
+ Act as a subject matter expert SME for specific legal operations domains, providing guidance to business partners and mentoring peers.
  • Skills/Competencies
  • + Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience+ Excellent institutional memory; ability to apply past precedents and context to new requests to ensure a unified legal approach.
+ Comfortable navigating various LLM interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks; skilled in prompt engineering and content auditing to maintain high-quality outputs.+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to be professional, clear, and adjust to different audiences+ Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while handling sensitive and confidential information.+ Ability to manage one's own workload and prioritize appropriately when faced with ambiguity+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
