Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff as needed
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in computer and telephone usage
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online a plus
- Legal office experience a plus Hours will be Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm (0.
