Job Description

Receptionist / administrative assistant needed for New Holland law firm.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff as needed
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in computer and telephone usage
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online a plus
  • Legal office experience a plus Hours will be Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm (0.
5 hour for lunch). Pay to be commensurate with experience.
