We value teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to serving clients with clarity and care. Position Overview We are seeking a legal secretary to join our team and support our attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical skills. The legal secretary is hands on and works closely with attorneys, team members and clients. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare estate planning, probate, Elder Law/Medicaid and guardianship documents, including the use of WealthCounsel drafting platform. Assist attorneys throughout the client process, from document execution and follow up Maintain organized and accurate client files and documentation Communicate with clients in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner Track deadlines and assist with filings and administrative submissions as needed Prepare documents with accuracy and completeness Contribute to efficient case flow and consistent internal processes Qualifications Two or more years of secretary experience

• law firm experience preferred Ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
• WealthCounsel preferred but not required. Strong drafting and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters while working collaboratively with a team Comfortable working with clients during sensitive or emotional situations Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems
