The College of Business at the University of Michigan-Dearborn is seeking applications for a part-time lecturer in Behavioral Marketing, starting September 2026, teaching introductory and/or upper-level marketing courses. Experience in some combination of the following areas is desired: expertise including consumer decision making, digital consumer behavior, branding, and market influence; use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and consumer insights to drive content creation; ability to connect behavioral theories to contemporary marketplace practice and engage students through industry-relevant teaching. The ability to teach at the graduate level is preferred. Successful candidates must have a graduate degree in Marketing, Management, or related disciplines (Master's or Ph.D.). Other professional qualifications, previous experience teaching marketing or psychology at the university level, recent relevant work experience, and/or a history of scholarly research and publications, are highly preferred. Support for professional development is available. This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
