This role supports a variety of shop functions including PEM operations, metal forming, finishing, and general machine operation to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as PEM Press, Pedestal Weld, and Powder Coat Read blueprints and work instructions Produce quality parts to customer specifications Follow safety procedures and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in other departments as needed Qualifications Some manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred PEM press experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and reliability Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Pay based on experience ($19-$25/hr) Training and growth opportunities Team-oriented environment Stable and growing manufacturing company
