Level 2 Technical Support

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Level 2 Technical Support specialist to join our customer lifecycle team. In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for resolving technical issues, providing assistance to field technicians, and assisting customers over the phone. Duties Assign work to various work groups to streamline schedules, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience. Test, troubleshoot, and repair problems to ensure customers receive the services they have purchased. Supports field employees remotely to ensure customer needs are met. Monitors trouble tickets to promote the best possible customer experience. Update records within the billing system. Skills High school diploma or GED, required. Associate's degree in electronics or network management, preferred. 3+ years' customer service experience, required. 3+ years' telecommunications experience, strongly preferred.
