Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Level II Behavior Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with autism and possess strong crisis intervention and behavior management skills.

Duties:

• Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Collect and analyze data on client progress
• Provide training and guidance for the client's family to support the patient's treatment plan
• Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary
• Complete all mandated trainings per DHS guidelines prior to working with clients.

Skills:

• Experience working with children with autism
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and behavior management
• Basic knowledge of mental health counseling techniques
• Familiarity with data collection methods
