This Media Specialists position is located at Sunset Elementary. Media Specialists will provide students with an enriching library environment containing a wide variety and range of materials that will invite intellectual growth. They will aid students in acquiring the skills needed to be effective and independent consumers of information. Join our team and make a difference for students and staff! The Library Media Specialist supports literacy, technology, and data needs while creating a welcoming and positive library environment. •Salary:
Library Aide Classified Salary Schedule, dependent upon experience. $17.68 to $27.40/hr range. Key Responsibilities Manage the school library and promote reading Support students and staff with technology and devices Troubleshoot software, hardware, and login issues Assist with student and staff software, data entry, and reports Provide positive, professional support to students, staff, and families Qualifications 49+ college semester hours preferred Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills Data collection and management ability Flexible, positive, professional, and team-oriented Enjoys working with students Details Follows school classified staff calendar Salary & benefits per district scheduleSupervisory Responsibilities:

Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional programs; ability to plan and implement lessons based on division and school objectives and the needs and abilities of students to whom assigned.
