We're a local company based in the Wenatchee Valley, and we do a mix of fiber internet installs, WiFi and networking, security cameras, smart home systems, TVs, home theater, whole-home audio, outdoor audio, and permanent outdoor lighting. This is a good fit for someone who likes variety and takes pride in doing clean work. Some days we're wiring new construction, some days we're mounting TVs or installing speakers, and some days we're troubleshooting WiFi, cameras, or network issues. It's not the same thing every day, and that's part of what makes the job enjoyable. We're still a small company, so the person we hire will matter a lot. We're looking for someone we can trust to work in customers' homes, communicate well, make smart decisions in the field, and care about the final result. We don't expect someone to know everything on day one, but we do want someone who is willing to learn and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Be Doing Fiber internet installs Cat6 cabling and terminations WiFi and networking installs Security camera installs Smart home installs TV mounting Home theater Whole-home and outdoor audio New construction and retrofit low-voltage wiring Permanent outdoor lighting Troubleshooting and service calls What We're Looking For Active Washington State EL06 specialty electrician license Clean, professional workmanship Ability to work independently Good communication with customers Comfortable troubleshooting Valid driver's license Comfortable working in homes, businesses, attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, on ladders, and outdoors Experience That's Helpful Ubiquiti Routers, switches, and access points AV or home theater Security cameras Speaker wiring and audio systems Smart home technology If you're an 06 electrician who likes technology, clean work, and wants to be part of a small local company that's growing fast, we'd like to talk.
