We are building a roster of skilled, client-first barbers who take pride in their craft and treat every chair visit as an experience worth returning for. Our shop is being designed intentionally to be an elevated environment that matches the standard of work our barbers deliver. We are now hiring barbers to join us at the ground floor of a growing brand. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for licensed barbers who: Take pride in their craft and consistently deliver high-quality work Put the client experience first, every appointment, every time Conduct themselves professionally and represent the shop with care Are reliable, punctual, and take their book seriously Hold a current Illinois barber license in good standing Have an established clientele OR are willing to work to build one Whether you have an established book and are looking for a premium home for your business, or you are earlier in your career and ready to build, we have a track designed for you.
