3419 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT 84065 Job Type Full-time (12 weeks), transitioning to PRN Pay $27.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience and certification) Expected Hours 40 hours per week (first 12 weeks) PRN hours anticipated after 12 weeks Schedule Day shift Occasional on-call weekend coverage (approximately 1 weekend per month) Full Job Description Rocky Mountain Care Riverton is excited to offer a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) the opportunity to deliver truly patient-centered care in a supportive and progressive environment. We empower our therapy team to focus on what patients truly need and provide the time to deliver it—no 15-minute treatment sessions, no 125% productivity expectations, and a strong emphasis on quality over quantity. Our goal is to ensure every patient receives the attention and care they deserve. Our outstanding therapy team provides innovative, evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of patients, including post-surgical orthopedic, sub-acute neurological, and general medical geriatric populations. We also have a growing outpatient program. Our building is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, featuring spacious gathering areas, a great dining experience, and private and semi-private room options. Our therapy gym is fully equipped with the latest technology and equipment to support high-quality care. We offer an ideal work environment with a collaborative and friendly therapy team. Our average length of stay is 23 days, and approximately 85% of our patients return to their prior living arrangements—something we are very proud of.
