Licensed Clinical Director

Mays Landing, New Jersey | Full-Time On Site Still Detox of New Jersey is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Director to lead the clinical program at our detox and residential treatment facility in Mays Landing, NJ. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The Clinical Director will play a key role in program development, staff supervision, and ensuring services meet all applicable state and accreditation standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical programming for detoxification and residential treatment services
• Provide supervision and leadership to clinical staff including therapists, counselors, and case managers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable New Jersey Department of Health and licensing regulations
• Implement and monitor evidence-based treatment practices
• Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance processes
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
• Ensure proper completion of biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Assist in policy development and implementation
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care
• Support program development and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications
• Active New Jersey clinical license required - LCSW, LMFT, LPC
• Must live within 30 miles of the facility
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Experience working in detoxification and/or residential treatment settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey regulatory standards and clinical documentation requirements
• Experience supervising clinical staff and leading multidisciplinary teams

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
