Our program provides same-day behavioral health support for adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or emerging behavioral health crises. The clinic focuses on rapid assessment, stabilization, care coordination, peer support, transportation assistance, benefits navigation, and connection to ongoing community-based services. This position serves as a shift-based clinical leader responsible for supervising and supporting associate licensed clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists, and counseling interns while ensuring high-quality, coordinated care throughout clinic operations. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, consultation, documentation review, and support for triage and stabilization decisions while fostering a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys leadership, mentoring developing staff, supporting team collaboration, and helping build accessible community behavioral health services. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervision & Leadership Provide clinical supervision and oversight for associate licensed clinicians, counseling interns, case managers, and peer support specialists Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to developing clinical staff Review and approve clinical documentation as required Ensure staff provide services consistent with agency standards, AHCCCS requirements, and ethical guidelines Support staff development through coaching, case consultation, and clinical feedback Assist with onboarding and ongoing training support for clinical team members Provide shift-based leadership and operational clinical oversight during assigned hours Clinical & Program Oversight Assist with walk-in triage, assessments, and stabilization services when clinically necessary Support clinical overflow during periods of increased client volume Assist staff with crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies Make recommendations regarding higher levels of care, emergency referrals, or community-based stabilization options Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding treatment coordination and clinical concerns Ensure quality care coordination between therapy, peer support, case management, medication management, and referral services Support continuity of care and linkage to community resources and ongoing treatment providers Participate in clinical staffing meetings and multidisciplinary care planning Documentation & Compliance Ensure timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic health record Monitor documentation quality and compliance with agency standards Support adherence to HIPAA, professional ethics, and behavioral health regulations Assist leadership with quality improvement and clinical workflow initiatives
Qualifications Required:
