Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist with various procedures, sterilization duties, and occasional front desk responsibilities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Take dental X-rays while following proper safety protocols. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with infection control standards. Help with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and assisting with patient flow when needed. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients. Qualifications A Licensed Dental Assistant is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. New graduates are encouraged to apply. A pay increase and bonus will be offered upon successful completion of board exams. Knowledge of dental procedures, infection control protocols, and dental systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and people skills with patients of all ages. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
